Birla Evara township is a conceptual upcoming residential apartment project in the eastern part of Bangalore, off Sarjapur Road. The project has properly spanned across 25 acres of land, offering 1,594 majestic apartments. The development, built up in 13 massive high-rise towers of 2B+G+24 floors, will develop the 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK configured flats as per the RERA. The project will start on 25 May 2025; the completion can be expected on 25-12-2031. The Birla Evara Township is approved by the RERA authority board of Karnataka; RM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/060225/007487 is the RERA approval number for the Birla Evara project.
